This Policy applies only to the Website. It does not apply to information collected through the Omnisight customer portal or through our sensors and products in the field, which are addressed in a separate agreement with our customers.

1. Information We Collect

  • Name, job title, and company name;
  • Email address and phone number;
  • The content of your message or inquiry; and
  • Any other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system;
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, and click activity; and
  • Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 2 below).

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Website is hosted on Webflow and uses cookies and similar technologies operated by Webflow, Google Analytics, and other analytics providers to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and analyze Website traffic. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and may use remarketing and LinkedIn advertising technologies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to present Omnisight advertisements to you on other websites and platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some Website functionality. Where required by law, we will present a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, follow up with you regarding your interest in our products and services, and provide requested information;

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as HubSpot (website hosting, forms, and marketing analytics), Google (website analytics and advertising), and, if implemented, LinkedIn (advertising), as well as other vendors that support our sales and marketing operations;
  • Professional advisors, such as legal and accounting firms, where necessary; and
  • Government authorities or other third parties, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

If Omnisight is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information collected through the Website may be transferred as part of that transaction.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to correct inaccurate information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that constitutes a “share” under the CCPA, so we do not currently offer an opt-out of sale/sharing. If we implement remarketing, retargeting, or similar advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide an opt-out mechanism as required by law. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have similar rights under other state privacy laws. We will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.

European Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability. Our legal basis for processing is generally your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating the Website, or, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
