As a Field Engineer, you will configure, commission, and support Omnisight systems in the field, working across hardware, software, networking, and data. It is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly across edge AI, sensors, and connected systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure and commission Omnisight systems for customer deployments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers
- Support field deployments and system testing
- Analyze system data and logs to identify root causes
- Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures
- Assist with programming projects and software development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel periodically within the United States
