Review the safety precautions

Disconnect vehicle power before installation. Only qualified technicians should install the system. The full list of precautions is in section 3 of the guide.

Mount the relay box and sensor

Secure the BLADE Relay Box to the trailer frame, never the attenuator or crash pad. Mount the FusionSensor centered on the trailer with a clear, unobstructed view of approaching traffic.

Connect power and wiring

Connect to the truck’s 12 V fused system, link the FusionSensor to the relay box with CAT6, and wire the horns and lights if purchased. Double-check every connection before applying power.

Register in Omnisight Connect

Power on the system and find the device key on the FusionSensor label. Create or log into your Omnisight Connect account, enter the key to register the device, then configure alerts and verify connectivity.
